Services & pricing for businesses
Helping your people find a great mentor (Perth only)
$297 per person
- Suitable for businesses who want to offer mentoring to their people but don't have the numbers to run their own program.
- Your people become part of the Perth Mentoring Program.
- Your people get access to our mentee training portal.
- Quarterly networking events with other mentees and mentors in the community (Perth only) to participants and program owner.
Live mentoring training.
$379 per session.
- Have the personal touch and ability to ask questions when conducting live mentoring training.
- Have confidence that all your mentors know what their role is and what they should be doing.
- Each session is up to 1.5 hrs long.
- Different training content for the mentors vs mentees
- Can be done online or face to face (Perth only).
Online mentoring training subscription.
$1,197 per year.
- We ensure all your participants have the same base level of knowledge to get the most from mentoring.

Planning your new mentoring program.
$1,079
- We take you from a good idea to having a robust plan to build and run your own successful mentoring program.
- Can be run as a workshop with key stakeholders or through smaller sessions.
- If you continue to use NLM to build your mentoring program, the planning cost will be deducted from package costs.
Building your business mentoring program.
$15,000 for up to 15 pairs (30 people)
$25,000 for up to 25 pairs (50 people)
- This is the Rolls Royce of mentoring programs.
- We build you a simple, sustainable, effective and engaging mentoring program tailored to your business needs.
- We are with you all the way, from start to finish.
- Program length between 6 to 12 months.
- Inclusive of all material, training, templates, webinars, meetings, presentations and reports.
Western Australian Cross-Industry Mentoring Program (WACIMP).
$1,399 per participant
- Do something different with your people's leadership development. Give them the gift of learning from other industries and businesses.
- Focus on senior leadership development within WA and for companies that are greater than 200 people.
- Both mentees and mentors must have suitable leadership experience to attend. No prior leadership experience = No access.
- Each company must supply an equal amount of mentors and mentees to the program.
- Duration is 6 months.
- Service agreement includes anti-poaching, confidentiality, and IP clauses.
Mentoring software.
Price varies. Please get in contact.
- Mentoring software is an enabler to help manage large mentoring programs (greater than 100 people)
- Software helps reduce the admin time of managing a mentoring programs including matching mentoring pairs.
- NLM is partnered with a globally recognised, award winning mentoring software provider.
- Subscription costs are dependant on the number of users.
