  1. You will be granted full access to our mentee training portal. 
  2. Once you have completed your training you will receive a "ready to mentor" certificate
  3. You will become part of the NLM mentoring pool that is shown to prospective mentees.

Please remember, this is an altruistic role, allowing you the opportunity to learn an important skill in mentoring, give back to others with your hard-earned knowledge and experience while also growing yourself. This is not a paid role.
