Firstly, a mentor is someone who has walked the path you are wanting to walk and is offering their time to help you on your journey. Why does a mentor want to do that? Because they are a special type of person who realises that the road to happiness involves helping others to succeed.

So you get someone in your corner, helping you to overcome obstacles and find clairty in what you want to achieve in life (with focus on career, business and leadership). They have no bias or ulterior motives in providing you this help, which allows you to be your true self with them.

Our mentor matching service costs $125. This is a one-off fee and its backed up with our money-back guarantee if you are not happy with the service or are not getting value from your mentor.

And that is it. No other costs.

The next level process in finding you a mentor involves 4 simple steps from you.

1. You pay the small matchmaking fee to start the process. Paying the fee helps us know that you are committed to getting a mentor.
2. You complete our mentee registration form. We then use your registration form to select you 4 suitable mentors that match your requirements.
3. You rank each mentor in the order of your preference. We then go to your #1 choice to make sure they are available. If so, the match is confirmed. If your #1 is not available, we go to your #2 choice and so on.
4. When the match is confirmed, we connect you together. You both start your mentoring journey using everything learned from our mentee training portal to make your sessions highly effective.

Does that sound a simple process? It has worked for every other mentee that has signed up with us, and I know it will work for you.

90% of our mentors are based in Perth. We do have some mentors who are based on the East Coast of Australia or in other countries.

For the Perth Mentoring Program we will aim to pair you with a Perth based mentor.

This is up to you and the your mentor. As long as you are both getting value from the sessions then it could go on for decades. 

Most mentoring relationships last for at least 6 months and on average 1 year.

We recommend 2 meetings in the first month, then 1 meeting for every other month.

The first meeting in the month should be getting to know your mentor/mentee and discussing and agreeing boundaries and goals.

The second meeting in the month should be your first proper mentoring session.

Each mentoring meeting should be 90 minutes long. 30 minutes is too short. You can sometimes complete a session in 60 minutes but you do not want to be in the position that an important discussion gets curtailed because you ran out of time. So plan for 90 minutes.
