Stage 5 - Evaluate
Gather the feedback, evaluate the results, and make the next program better than the last.

Goals coaching session
I run the session for your each of the mentoring pairs. The outcome is the mentee defines goals that matter, and the mentor knows where they can help. This is the one participants rate as the highlight.
Planning session
60 minute session to challenge your mentoring program plan. The outcome is you have more confidence in the plan before starting your program.
In-person training
I deliver the mentor and mentee training in the room with your people.
Mentor certification
Reward all your mentors with certification at the end of your program. 3 different levels depending on the number of times someone has mentored.
Support is available as a paid add-on, so you are never left stuck, but you only pay for the help you actually want.
